Indeed, technology might not be working as it should. But have we bought the right technology?
Indeed, we might not be getting enough sales, but do we have the marketing plan in place to earn those sales?
At the end of the day, it’s about how we EXECUTE.
So how can WE get out of our own way?
- Be aware of your limitations.
- Ask your team for their input in HOW things are going and LISTEN.
- Write down the 2 or 3 things that you do VERY well. Everything else seek help.
- Hire a coach who you can work with on a regular basis.
- Have a mentor(s). People who you can look up to and call for advice and a shoulder to cry on.
