Nick Dancer started and runs the day to day operations of Dancer Concrete Design, a specialty construction company that started in his basement. The company installs polished concrete floors and epoxy floor coatings for commercial and industrial facilities in the midwest. Their floors can be found in the hippest retail shops, schools, restaurants, manufacturing facilities and large warehouses, like Amazon. He lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife, Alexis and 4 children. When not at work he can be found wrestling with his boys, hanging in the woods, or reading. Nick’s biggest vision is to create one of the best small businesses for his team, customers, family and inspire others to do the same. 

 

He is also the author of Day In, Day Out: The Secret Power of Showing Up and Doing The Work. The book is a collection of his stories as a husband, father, and business owner. The book helps you cut through the tips, tricks, and hacks of the world and gets you back to the basics. It’s a rediscovery that doing the simple things Day In and Day Out put you on the path to greatness in work and life.
